The Practical Course in Biochemistry I is focused to the basic knowledge of biochemical methods used in medicine as the basis for understanding of metabolic processes in animal organism. It also serves as a basis for understanding of following study subjects (clinical biochemistry, internal medicine of animals) with the application in determination of diagnostically important enzymes (LDH, α-amylase, etc.) and other indicators of saccharide and lipid metabolism (glucose, cholesterol, lipids, etc.).
